1950 DeSoto Pro-Street Over The Top Show Car
This unique show car was a no expense spared build by respected specialists in their field at a cost of well over $ 200,000.
The 528ci Hemi engine was built by Mancini Racing of Roseville, Michigan and features Indy cylinder head port fuel injection with Holley throttle body, engine management system and computer. Custom built EFI harness and MSD ignition system.
The fuel injection was engineered and tuned by Dave Ehrilh of Autotrend EFI Diamond Spring, CA.
Phantom in tank fuel pump and dry sump oil system.
Custom built 727 Torque Flight transmission by ATO of Rancho Cordova, CA.
Custom Art Morrison chassis with 9" Ford rear end and 300 gears for low RPM freeway cruising.
Wilwood disc brakes and adjustable coil overs on all 4 wheels with Hydraboost by Hydratech braking systems.
Full top quality leather interior by Howdy Ledbetter in Linden, CA.
Custom body and paint by C&S Restoration in San Jose, CA.
The paint is a Jerry Sakasaki color "Pine Mist Green".
