Stayton Summerfest Car Show - July 27th, 2014
Pioneer Park, home of the Jordan Covered Bridge, in Stayton, Oregon, creates the perfect setting for a car show. The morning starts off with a Fireman's Breakfast as the classics and hot rods start rolling in. There are raffle drawings throughout the day and the 50/50 drawing is a crowd favorite. As the breakfast crowd cruises through the rows of vehicles on display, the Fireman Crew begin to prepare their famous BBQ Burger Lunch. The day finishes with the announcement of the trophy winners and a farewell wave to the participants as they head for home. This event raises funds to provide scholarships through the Brent Strohmeyer Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
